Samples and in-stock photos are provided from our inventory and are only a representation of our current stock. Travertine, Marble, Slate and Granite are products of nature and are susceptible to pits, cracks, chips, and color variation. No two pieces of natural stone are alike. These characteristics are not material flaws but the natural signature of authenticity. You must inspect the material prior to installation to check the sizing, thickness, color and veining to prepare any blending required to meet the owner's approval. Absolutely no claim will be accepted for any reason after the material has been installed.
10% - 15% overage is recommended for all projects. This is to provide flexibility, additional material for cut-to-fit stages of installation, and full useable pieces in the event that a small amount of damage has occurred. We encourage all customers to utilize damaged pieces for cuts to the best of their ability.
Place of jurisdiction for all actions and proceedings with regards to any transaction(s) with us is Washington County, Oregon.
